We first started Shed Discos for 9-13 year olds, in Walton on the Hill in 1998 as a voluntary organisation because we felt that the kids were missing out on a whole range of social skills due to today’s computer age culture; so we decided to act……  hence Shed was born…..and the fun began.

The basis was to provide entertainment & interaction for the local youth in a way that parents could feel that their children were in a safe supervised environment.

Due to the huge success of the discos, the organisers realised that in order to continue in the way they started, radical change was required.  So in January 2004, following months of consultation with various outside agencies, Shed Disco became Shed Discos Ltd, enabling us to become more professional in our approach.

We are still very much committed to the safety of the children and ensure that their safety is paramount.  Each event has a minimum of two trained First Aiders present & during the events, NO child is permitted to leave the premises unsupervised.

Smoking & drinking are not tolerated, as is any form of anti-social behaviour.  All we want is the children to have fun!!! & express themselves…we hope you do too.
